Always Ask for a Discount
You can save thousands each year by pushing for a discount. Never pay ticket price . If the salesperson refuses to offer a discount then be prepared to walk away. Let’s face it, there are very few stores in this world with one of a kind items. Check if the place down the street offers a better deal. If you’re feeling really confident, try going back to the place that denied you a discount later, see if they are prepared to let you walk out twice. It’s rare.
Cut Down on Phone Bills
Take advantage of free-call periods and specials wherever possible. It’s often worth the time it takes to investigate the rates. Text messaging can save you money, but only if you send a quick message, some people have expansive dialogues with friends and family that consist of several messages and it would probably be cheaper to make a quick phone call. Especially if it’s at free-call rates.
eBay Sales Strategies
It’s obvious I’m a eBay freak. eBay is the best way to offload items that you no longer use and use the cash to ease the strain of current interest rates. Try listing your products on Thursdays for a ten day period. This means that the sale ends the following Sunday night and giving you two weekends to sell your wares. It’s not rocket science that people spend more time browsing online over the weekend.
