Forex Trading Online

When you're looking for opportunities to make money in the current economic climate you'll often come across Forex trading courses and something called internet robots.

A lot of internet opportunities like Forex (foreign exchange)trading offer autopilot businesses. That is, a business that just turns over money while you laze about by the pool in your swimsuit sipping an umbrella drink (and I look great in my swimsuit I might add).

A lot of these things use a business funnel, which is just sales speak for a website that collects emails and distributes information like e-books, offers and the like.

Forex trading seems to be a new business model that is kicking off using the opt-in format (you opt-in by providing your email with the promise of a free gift). Now don’t get me wrong, Foreign exchange trading is making a lot of people very very rich, especially right now. However, if you don’t have some understanding of what you’re doing, things could go the other way for you.

Forex trading used to be the domain of bankers and professional traders. Online Forex trading is now becoming extremely popular, with many stay-at –home businesspeople making a killing.

There is also another option with Forex, the trading robot. This is software that does it all for you.

$3 TRILLION is traded around the world every day and it is non-stop from Monday right through to Friday (Don’t forget that when it’s Sunday in the USA it’s Monday in Australia and Asia. When it’s Saturday in Australia and Asia it’s Friday in the USA.)However, and this is a BIG HOWEVER, it’s the most volatile market in the world!

Forex Funnel is one robot forex trading system that is available online, but there are many others. Forex Funnel doesn’t require previous experience in forex trading and works on autopilot. All that is required is a reliable internet connection to leave your computer on 24 hours a day.

If you’re looking to get rich quick, Forex trading is a good way to do it in the current economic climate. It’s also an easy way to lose everything you own. However, there are low start ups involved if you’re prepared to learn and trade manually.

There’s certainly more money in Forex than there is the stock market right now. But, it’s always a risky option. Go slow and never take huge risks, unless you’re ready to pay the price.

Getting Paid What You're Worth

Competition for jobs is fierce at times, but there's a lot you can do to increase your chances of getting that job. Maybe you're looking to upgrade or just land a position after some time at home.

The Killer Resume

Your resume is your very first chance to make a really good impression. Make sure that there aren't any typos, grammatical errors or spelling mistakes in it. You should do more than just the usual spell check of it. Print it out and really look it over. It's a lot easier to see errors when it’s on paper in front of you than after your eyes are tired from staring at the computer screen for hours. Also, it’s a good idea to have a friend or mentor proofread it.

If you really must, have someone professionally complete it, but stay away from lots of different colours and flashy print. Also, make sure the person you’re employing to do your resume actually speaks your language very well. There are a lot of people out there charging money to complete resumes in broken English, as well as other languages.

Have Multiple Resumes

Just one version of your resume won't be enough. You need the right resume for all the jobs you apply for. It's better to tailor it to an opening rather than to write one and spam dozens of managers with it. Also, use the keywords that appear in the job ad to describe your skills. It’s a personal touch that will pay big dividends.

The biggest mistake people make on a resume is they think everything they've ever done needs to be in there. The resume is just the bait to get you the interview, so don’t make it pages and pages long complete with the lemonade stall you had when you were nine years old.

Managers prefer it when you describe your accomplishments instead of listing your daily responsibilities. This will always set you apart from the competition, which can be fierce. Quantify those accomplishments when possible. Describe what you made, saved and achieved for the firm.

The Interview

Once you get an interview, make sure that you dress professionally. Men should consider wearing a suit and tie and women a nice top with either slacks or a skirt. It doesn't matter if the company's typical attire is casual; you are there to make an impression.

Nothing frustrates recruiters more than when a candidate doesn't know anything at all about the company they want a job with. Before the interview, do some homework and learn all you can about the company's products, services and their competition, too. Check out the organization’s Web site to see what the latest news is.

All this information is priceless when the hiring manager asks why you want the job and you can explain how you'll be an ideal fit for the position.

Common interview mistakes include asking about vacation policy before you've actually been offered the job, long answers that never really address the question (like you used to offer in High School), trying to dominate the interview and even answering calls on your mobile phone during the interview process (that includes texting).

Many managers will ask questions like, "Tell me about a challenge on your last job that you had to overcome?"

Good questions for you to ask are,"Can you tell me about the person who held this job before me, what successes did they have?”

When an interviewer asks, "Tell me about yourself?" It’s just an ice breaker. So practice a very short life story prior to the interview. Try to find something that will stick in the interviewer’s mind, maybe you’ve recently studied a new language or completed a triathlon.

The Numbers

As for discussions on salary, don't discuss this type of thing until you've actually been offered the job. If you blurt out a number before the interview, you could take yourself out of the running. After they’ve seen how good you are talk numbers.

If the interviewer asks what your current salary is, it’s probably because they don’t know how to negotiate. Ask if you are being offered the position and, if you are, you’re certain that a salary that both of you feel comfortable with can be negotiated. Then ask if a salary is budgeted.

The REAL Get Rich Quick Scheme

The internet is full of get rich schemes that just wind up filling your inbox with more and more useless junk that sends you around in circles through various websites and empties your wallet. I know because I've been sucked into a few.

The effects of thoughtless spending don't just disappear overnight. The same goes for my previous shopping fetish. The only real way to get rich quick is to ditch your credit cards and spend wisely. Could you imagine where you would be without the interest rates cutting you to pieces.

It's the Devil

Sometimes when I'd shop I'd listen to that little voice inside, you know the one that says, 'Just put it on your credit card and worry about it tomorrow.' The reality is that I should have been listening to my inner angel instead of my 'inner devil' (story of my life, really)! Often the best way to resist unnecessary purchases is to think about it for a few days first.

Put The Credit Cards Away

It's a simple approach, but leaving the credit cards at home when you go shopping is a good way to ensure you don't partake in self abuse.

Pack Your Lunch

I used to live on sushi, salad sandwiches and noodles from the vendors nearby. The fact of the matter is a salad sandwich costs less than a dollar to make yourself but you'll pay maybe three times that from a store. Noodles and sushi are the same. I'm a hopeless chef but I sure can slap a salad sandwich together.

Give up the Night Life

I guess this is easy for me to say now that I'm a stay at home mother. In my younger days I would have run away from anyone suggesting I give up my social life. Fact is, there is no greater strain on a pocket than a very active social life. Try staying at home and watching a dvd instead of paying twenty bucks for movie tickets. Try restricting those night club visits, too.

More Ways To Get Ahead In The Credit Sqeeze

Always Ask for a Discount

You can save thousands each year by pushing for a discount. Never pay ticket price . If the salesperson refuses to offer a discount then be prepared to walk away. Let’s face it, there are very few stores in this world with one of a kind items. Check if the place down the street offers a better deal. If you’re feeling really confident, try going back to the place that denied you a discount later, see if they are prepared to let you walk out twice. It’s rare.

Cut Down on Phone Bills

Take advantage of free-call periods and specials wherever possible. It’s often worth the time it takes to investigate the rates. Text messaging can save you money, but only if you send a quick message, some people have expansive dialogues with friends and family that consist of several messages and it would probably be cheaper to make a quick phone call. Especially if it’s at free-call rates.

eBay Sales Strategies

It’s obvious I’m a eBay freak. eBay is the best way to offload items that you no longer use and use the cash to ease the strain of current interest rates. Try listing your products on Thursdays for a ten day period. This means that the sale ends the following Sunday night and giving you two weekends to sell your wares. It’s not rocket science that people spend more time browsing online over the weekend.

World Gone Mad

The world seems to have been turned on its head these last twelve months. So how do you survive if everything is going wrong with your finances. Here’s a few simple hints.

No Room for Luxuries

Here’s a few choices you need to be tough with. Do you really need your car when you only use it occasionally? What about phone usage? Can you cut back to a cheaper plan?

Talk Turkey

Some credit card companies offer cheap interest rates if you swap over to them. Remember that if you do do this, it isn’t so you can spend more. You need to cut right back and pay off as much as you can in the time you have the interest cut. Otherwise, what’s the point?

Close any accounts that you don’t need and if you’ve been exposed to some of those heartless late rates from lending organizations, tell them you want them refunded.

Baby Steps

If you have many debts, try to take baby steps and get rid of the smallest ones first. It’s easy to get frustrated sometimes, because you can try so hard only to get nowhere. Prepare yourself for these times and remember that hard work always pays back dividends.

Reduce Debt

Look for websites that compare home loans, credit cards and other rates. These types of tools are proving very popular and can help you create a plan to start moving forward.

Look to Offload Some Cargo

Get rid of everything you don’t need. Sell anything that is locked away in the garage and covered in cobwebs. Garage sales and eBay are ideal ways to make some quick cash. Antiques and anything that looks like one are very popular on both mediums, so you never know what you might get for them. And, if you’re not using them there’s no loss involved for you, it’s only a gain.

Cut Right Back On Fast Food

It’s cheaper to make your own lunch and dinner. Shop wisely and look for specials and don’t be afraid to buy in bulk then freeze the meals you make. Eating out can easily dissolve your spending money each week and, right now, you need to be dedicating everything you have to savings.
